Bookings and Visits

How do I book an appointment?

Search for a salon by name, category, or location. Select a service, staff member, and available time slot from the calendar. Confirm your booking with one tap.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Go to the "Visits" tab, find your booking, and tap "Cancel". Note that each salon has its own cancellation policy with minimum notice requirements.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. In the visit details, select "Reschedule" and choose a new available slot. Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellation.

What if the salon cancels my appointment?

You'll receive a push notification and in-app alert. You can immediately book a new time slot or choose a different salon.

How do I add a salon to favorites?

Tap the star icon - you'll find it in search results next to each salon, or on the salon's profile page. Your favorite salons appear in the "Favorites" tab for quick rebooking.

Taps Loyalty Program

What is Taps?

Taps is Tubro's loyalty program. You earn points for activity in the app and redeem them for discounts when booking visits. The more you use Tubro, the more you save.

How do I earn points?

You earn Taps for many actions. The most rewarding are: inviting friends to join Tubro, maintaining a 7-day activity streak, returning to the same salon for repeat visits, leaving reviews and completing surveys, completing visits without cancelling, booking during weekdays or off-peak hours, booking in advance (7+ days ahead). The key is consistency.

What are leagues?

A 4-tier system with increasing rewards: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond. Each league has a point multiplier: Bronze x1.0, Silver x1.25, Gold x1.5, Diamond x2.0. At the end of each month, top players in each league can either claim a reward or advance to a higher league to compete for bigger prizes.

What can I redeem points for?

Discounts at salons when booking your visits. Your Taps points work like a wallet - spend them to reduce the cost of your appointments.

Do points expire?

Spendable points reset at the end of each calendar year. Use them before December 31st. Your lifetime points (which determine your league) never expire.

How does Taps benefit salons?

Taps creates a win-win for everyone. When you book again with the same salon, you earn bonus points - so you're incentivized to become a regular customer. When you leave reviews and don't cancel visits, you earn more Taps. And when you spend your Taps at a salon, you get a discount - which makes you more likely to return. Salons get loyal, reliable customers who show up and come back.

Account and Data

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in compliance with GDPR. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account Settings → Close Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period - during this time you can cancel the deletion by simply logging in again. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR requirements. Detailed instructions

How do I download my data?

Go to Settings → Privacy Settings → Export My Data. You can request an export once every 30 days. Your data will be ready within 48 hours. Once available, you'll have a limited time window to download it before the link expires.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to Settings → Profile. You can change your name, photo, email, and other details.
