Subscription and Pricing

How much does Tubro cost?

30 PLN net (36.90 PLN gross) per month per employee. No booking commissions, no hidden fees, no percentage of your revenue. You only start paying for an employee once they become active.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 60 days free. We believe software doesn't have to be expensive. We give you two months to migrate from your current system without paying for two tools at once.

Why 60 days?

We understand that switching systems takes time. You need to transfer customer data, train your team, configure services and schedules. 60 days is enough to do everything without rushing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Business Profile → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is immediate. You can come back anytime.

What's included in the subscription?

Full access to all features: schedule with automatic booking, team and service management, statistics, customer ratings, push notifications, offline access, and all future updates.

Booking and Schedule Management

How does automatic booking acceptance work?

Enable "Auto-accept" in Business Profile → Business rules. Bookings will be automatically confirmed if the slot is available. However, even with auto-accept enabled, you'll need to manually approve bookings from customers who don't meet your minimum rating requirement or have cancelled too many times at your business.

How do I set up work schedules?

Go to Business Profile → Work schedules. Add working hours for each employee. You can set different hours for different days and add breaks (e.g., lunch).

How do I cancel a customer's appointment?

From the Schedule or Home panel, tap the visit and select "Cancel" from the action menu. The customer will receive a notification. You can also mark a visit as "No-show" if the customer didn't appear, or report a customer who didn't show up.

How do I manually add a visit?

In the Schedule, tap the plus icon in the bottom right corner, or tap on an empty timeframe. Select an employee, services, and customer, then find an available time slot. Useful for phone bookings.

Can I book visits for customers who don't use the app?

Yes. Not every customer needs to download Tubro. When someone walks in from the street or calls to book, you can add them manually. Just create a new customer with their name and phone number when adding the visit. They'll receive SMS confirmations and reminders without needing the app.

Statistics

What statistics are available?

Five categories: visits (completed/cancelled), revenue and top services, customers (new/returning), reviews (positive/neutral/negative), time utilization (visits/breaks/idle time).

What time periods can I view?

Day, week, month, or year. You can also select a custom date range.

Can I filter statistics by employee?

Yes. Select a specific employee from the list to see their individual performance.

What does the time utilization chart show?

How much time an employee spends on visits, breaks, and unused gaps between bookings. Helps optimize your schedule and identify opportunities to fill empty slots.

Customer Ratings

Can I rate customers?

Yes. After a visit, you can give the customer a rating: positive, neutral, or negative. You can also add a comment.

Does the customer see who rated them?

No. Ratings are completely anonymous. The customer doesn't see which business or employee gave the rating.

Do other businesses see my ratings?

They see the customer's overall reputation (sum of ratings), but they don't see which business gave a specific rating. Anonymity works both ways.

Why rate customers?

As a business owner or employee, you're constantly being rated and judged by customers. Now you can rate them back - completely anonymously. If a customer regularly misses appointments or causes problems, other businesses will see their reputation and can set minimum rating requirements to only accept customers above a certain threshold. This improves service quality across the entire community.

Team and Services

How do I add an employee?

Go to Business Profile → Employees, then tap "Invite employee". Generate an invitation code and share it with the employee. They need to create their own account and enter the code to join your business. You only start paying for them once they become active.

What are employee roles?

Standard - Access only to their own schedule and customers assigned to their visits. Cannot see other employees' data, statistics, or business profile. Manager - Access to statistics, business profile, and all employee schedules. Can manage subordinate employees. Cannot delete employees or manage subscription. Owner - Full access to all features.

Why are roles important?

Data security. An employee with a standard role cannot access information about other employees' customers. This protects customer privacy and your business data. If you want to give broader access, assign the Manager role. Managers can help with daily operations, but critical functions like billing and team changes remain with the Owner.

How do I add a service?

Go to Business Profile → Services, then tap "Add service". Enter the name, price, duration, and assign employees who perform it.

How do I assign a service to an employee?

In the service editor, select employees from the list. Only selected employees will be visible to customers booking this service. Customers can filter by service or by employee when booking.

What about portfolio pictures?

When adding portfolio pictures, each picture must have a service and an employee assigned. This makes it easier for customers to book - they can tap on a portfolio image they like and immediately book that service with that employee.

Account and Data

Can you help me migrate data from another system?

Yes, for free. Under GDPR, you have the right to request a full data export from any platform you use. Once you receive the export, send it to pomoc@tubro.pl and we'll import your customers, services, and business information into Tubro.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in compliance with GDPR. We never sell or share data with third parties.

How do I delete my business account?

Go to Settings → Account Settings → Close Account. The system will show you the impact (employees affected, appointments to be cancelled). You'll need to provide a reason for closing. Your account enters a 30-day grace period - during this time you can cancel the deletion by simply logging in again. After 30 days, your employees will be notified and all business data will be permanently deleted. Detailed instructions

How do I transfer business ownership?

Contact us at kontakt@tubro.pl. Ownership transfer requires verification of both current and new owners for security reasons.

How do I download my business data?

Go to Settings → Privacy Settings → Export My Data. You can request an export once every 30 days. Your data will be ready within 48 hours. Once available, you'll have a limited time window to download it before the link expires.
