Is the app free for customers?
Yes, the app is completely free for customers. No subscription, no hidden fees. Customers book visits, earn Taps points, and redeem vouchers without paying anything for the app itself.
Who pays for the rewards in the Taps loyalty program?
The rewards are funded by Tubro. When a customer redeems a voucher, the cost is covered by Tubro - not the salon and not the customer. The Taps loyalty program is completely free for both sides.
Is there one app for businesses and customers?
Yes, Tubro is one app for everyone. Business owners manage their schedule, clients, and services in the same app where customers book visits and collect rewards. The interface adapts based on the account type.
How do I book a visit?
Choose a salon from your favourites or search for a new one. Pick a service, select a date and time, and confirm. The whole process takes about 10 seconds. You can also add notes for the stylist before the visit.
What are Taps and how do I earn them?
Taps are loyalty points earned for activity in the app. You get 50 Taps for each completed visit, 75 for leaving a review, 100 for a pass visit, and 500 for inviting a friend who completes their first visit. Points accumulate toward vouchers redeemable at salons.
What happens to my Taps if I cancel or miss a visit?
If a visit is cancelled or missed, no Taps are awarded for that visit. Already earned Taps remain safe in your account. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for certain program benefits.
Can I use Tubro in my city?
Tubro is available across Poland. If a salon in your city uses Tubro, you can book visits and earn rewards there. If your favourite salon is not on Tubro yet - recommend us to them. You will start earning Taps for visits you currently get nothing for.
