Loyalty programme questions

Does the loyalty programme cost me anything?

No. Taps is built into Tubro at no extra charge. Vouchers that clients receive are funded by Tubro - not you. Your only fee is the standard subscription of 36,90 zł per employee.

Who pays for the vouchers?

Tubro. Client receives a 50-200 zł voucher and redeems it for a service booked through the app. We cover the voucher cost, and you receive full payment for the service performed.

Why do clients get more points returning to the same salon?

Taps rewards loyalty. A client booking with the same specialist earns more Taps. Switching to someone else = fewer points. This motivates clients to return.

How do clients see their Taps?

In the Rewards tab in the Tubro app. They see their current points, their league, how much they need for the next reward, and the ranking. Taps is voluntary - the client must agree to participate in the programme. Not every user has to use it.

Do I need to configure anything?

No. Taps works automatically from the moment you create a Tubro account. Clients collect points for each booking - with no additional configuration on your part. When a client wants to redeem a voucher, your account must already be paid (after the trial period) and you need to provide a bank account number for us to transfer the voucher amount.

How is Taps different from loyalty cards?

With loyalty cards, you fund the discounts from your own pocket. With Taps, Tubro funds them. Clients collect points not only for visits - they also get them for inviting friends and leaving positive reviews after visits.
