Do clients have to install the app?
They don't have to. You can add a visit manually - just the client's name and phone number. However, such a client won't receive push notifications or collect Taps. The app is a benefit for clients - they collect points, advance in rankings and receive rewards.
Can I transfer clients from another app?
Yes. We help with data migration for free - contacts, visit history, everything.
