How to Delete Your Tubro Account

To delete your account, follow these steps in the app:

1. Open Settings

Launch the Tubro app and go to "Settings".

2. Go to Personal Data

Tap on your profile (name and photo) at the top of the screen to access "Personal Data".

3. Select "Close Account"

At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the "Close Account" button. Tap it.

4. Review the Information

You'll see detailed information about what will happen to your account:

For customers:

  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days
  • You can cancel this by logging back in during this period
  • After 30 days, all your personal data, including booking history and reviews, will be permanently deleted
  • You will be logged out immediately after confirmation

For business owners:

  • All employee accounts will be deactivated
  • Your Stripe subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period
  • All scheduled appointments will be automatically canceled, and customers will be notified
  • After 30 days, all business data will be permanently deleted

For employees:

  • Your access to the business account will be immediately revoked
  • Upcoming appointments assigned to you will be automatically canceled

5. Confirm Your Decision

Tap "Continue", select a reason for leaving (optionally add a comment), then confirm account closure.

6. Confirmation

You'll see a confirmation screen: "Account closure request submitted". You will be automatically logged out.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel the account deletion?

Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind. Simply log back into the app during this period, and you'll be asked if you want to keep your account.

Why can't I delete my account via email or website?

For security reasons, account deletion is only possible from within the app after logging in. This ensures that the request comes from the actual account owner.
